In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

2.1  These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and uno4g. By completing the account registration process, making a deposit, or placing a wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and accept them unconditionally.

2.2  These Terms are made available in English. You confirm that you are sufficiently proficient in English to understand and accept these Terms without requiring translation. If you are uncertain about any provision, contact [email protected] before registering.

2.3  uno4g reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or an on-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amendment takes effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.4  These Terms supersede any prior agreements, representations, or warranties — whether written or oral — between you and uno4g relating to the subject matter hereof.

3.1  To be eligible to register and use the uno4g platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law as it applies to you personally.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by uno4g or any affiliated responsible gaming programme.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party; you are registering and playing solely on your own account and with your own funds.
• You do not hold, and have never held, another account with uno4g that was suspended or closed for breach of these Terms.

3.2  uno4g reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any point, including but not limited to a copy of your Indonesian KTP, proof of address, or source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide such documentation within the timeframe specified by uno4g may result in suspension of your Account and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

3.3  If you no longer satisfy any of the eligibility criteria set out in clause 3.1, you must immediately cease using the platform and notify uno4g at [email protected].

4.1  Each eligible person may register exactly one (1) Account with uno4g. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, IP addresses, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2  During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your KTP, your date of birth, a valid email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

4.3  KYC Verification. All Accounts are subject to KYC verification before withdrawal requests can be processed. KYC requires submission of a clear image of your Indonesian KTP. uno4g may additionally request a selfie photograph alongside your KTP, proof of address dated within the past three months, or proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within thirty (30) days of registration may have withdrawal functionality suspended.

4.4  You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. uno4g will never contact you to request your password. Any unauthorised access to your Account must be reported to [email protected] immediately. uno4g is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

4.5  uno4g reserves the right to refuse or cancel any Account registration at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason, subject to returning any real-money balance standing to the credit of the Account at the time of closure.

5.1  Currency. All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on the uno4g platform are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No currency conversion is applied. The Balance displayed in your Account at all times reflects the exact IDR amount available to you.

5.2  Accepted Payment Methods. uno4g currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. uno4g reserves the right to add or remove payment channels at any time with reasonable prior notice.

5.3  Minimum Deposit. The current minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Minimum deposit thresholds may vary by payment channel and are displayed at the point of deposit within your Account.

5.4  Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted during operational hours are typically processed and credited to the designated Indonesian bank account or e-wallet within 5–15 minutes. Withdrawals submitted outside operational hours, or where additional verification is required, may take up to 24 hours. Operational hours are published on the platform and default to WIB.

5.5  Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Where Bonus Funds are present in your Account, any applicable wagering requirements must be met in full before the corresponding balance component may be withdrawn.
• uno4g reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal that triggers an internal risk or compliance review.

5.6  Transaction Fees. uno4g does not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, individual payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside uno4g's control. Players are advised to check applicable fees with their bank or e-wallet provider.

5.7  Dormant Accounts. An Account is considered dormant if there has been no login or transaction activity for a continuous period of 12 months. uno4g may apply an inactivity fee to dormant Accounts as set out in the current fee schedule published on the platform. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied.

6.1  uno4g may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered Players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms.

6.2  Wagering Requirements. All Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, maximum bet per round during bonus play, and expiry period are disclosed in the individual promotion terms. Players are advised to read these carefully before opting into any bonus.

6.3  uno4g reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. In the event of a material amendment to an active promotion, affected Players will be notified and offered the option to opt out of the amended terms.

6.4  Bonus Abuse. The following conduct constitutes bonus abuse and is strictly prohibited:

• Registering multiple Accounts to claim a welcome bonus or any once-per-player promotion more than once.
• Placing low-risk, hedged, or arbitrage bets designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk.
• Coordinating with other Players to exploit a promotion or bonus structure.
• Using software, bots, or automated tools to interact with any promotional mechanic.

6.5  Where bonus abuse is identified, uno4g may void all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, suspend the Account pending investigation, and permanently close the Account in serious or repeat cases.

7.1  All sportsbook bets, live casino wagers, slot spins, and card game stakes placed through the uno4g platform are subject to the specific game rules and betting rules applicable to each product, as published within the relevant product section of the platform.

7.2  Sportsbook. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. In-play odds are subject to change until the bet is accepted and confirmed. For mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets, all selection results must be confirmed for the bet to be settled; rules regarding postponed or abandoned events are set out in the sportsbook rules section. Voor bola (Asian handicap) rules follow standard Asian Handicap conventions.

7.3  Live Casino. Live casino game outcomes are determined by the licensed studio hosting the table and are final upon settlement. Video recordings of all live casino sessions are retained for dispute resolution purposes. Game malfunction voids all plays and returns stakes.

7.4  Slots. Slot game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent a theoretical long-run average and do not guarantee returns over any specific session. Slot gacor (high-payout slot) designations in the uno4g lobby reflect recent RTP performance data and are updated periodically; they do not constitute a guarantee of future outcomes.

7.5  uno4g reserves the right to void any bet or wager placed in error, as a result of a system malfunction, or where the placement of such bet was facilitated by incorrect odds, incorrect game information, or a technical fault on the platform.

8.1  uno4g is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. The platform offers the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit.
• Loss Limits: Set a ceiling on the amount you may lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a pre-set period of continuous gameplay.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and opt out of all future marketing communications from uno4g.

8.2  Once a self-exclusion request has been processed, it cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period. Players requesting self-exclusion will be removed from all uno4g marketing lists immediately. Attempts to re-register during an active exclusion period will be rejected.

9.1  The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the uno4g platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms that may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and legal action where applicable:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or KYC.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any platform product.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to interact with any platform product or promotion.
• Colluding with other players, including in live card game environments, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the platform's technical infrastructure.
• Acting in a manner that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward uno4g staff or other players.

10.1  All content on the uno4g platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, layout, and design — is the exclusive property of uno4g or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2  You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming activities. No licence is granted to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any platform content.

10.3  Game content, RNG software, and live casino feeds are provided under licence from third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others. All intellectual property rights in those games remain with the respective studio.

11.1  The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by the uno4g Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them.

11.2  By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for KYC verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and (where you have opted in) marketing communications.

11.3  uno4g will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers necessary for platform operation (payment processors, KYC verification partners, game studios) and in circumstances required by applicable law or legal process.

12.1  The uno4g platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While uno4g makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous platform availability, no warranty is given that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults.

12.2  To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, uno4g shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, whether based in contract, tort, or otherwise.

12.3  uno4g's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.4  Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit uno4g's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

13.1  uno4g reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The current version of the Terms is always accessible at uno4g.net/terms-conditions and is identified by the effective date shown at the top of the document.

13.2  For material amendments, registered Players will receive advance notice via the email address registered to their Account no less than seven (7) days before the amendment takes effect. Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter your rights or obligations) may take effect immediately.

13.3  If you do not accept an amended version of the Terms, you must stop using the platform before the amendment's effective date and request Account closure by contacting [email protected]. Your real-money Account balance will be returned to you subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

14.1  These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which uno4g is incorporated and holds its operating licences.

14.2  Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and uno4g, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting the uno4g support team at [email protected]. uno4g will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours (WIB) and aim to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

14.3  Formal Dispute Process. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of first notification, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration. Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

14.4  Nothing in this clause prevents uno4g from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights, property, or the integrity of the platform.
