In this Privacy Policy, the following terms carry the meanings defined below unless the context requires otherwise:

2.1  This Privacy Policy applies to all Personal Data collected by uno4g through the uno4g.net website, any associated mobile-optimised interface, and any direct communications between you and the uno4g support team (including email correspondence sent to [email protected]).

2.2  uno4g is the data controller in respect of Personal Data collected through the platform. As data controller, uno4g determines the purposes and means of processing your Personal Data and is accountable for ensuring that processing is carried out lawfully, fairly, and transparently.

2.3  This policy does not apply to third-party websites or services that may be referenced in links accessible from the platform. uno4g is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites and encourages you to review their respective privacy notices independently.

2.4  The primary audience for this Privacy Policy is players who are residents of Indonesia. Where Indonesian data protection law imposes obligations in addition to or different from those described herein, uno4g will comply with those obligations as they apply to Indonesian residents.

3.1  uno4g collects the following categories of Personal Data, depending on the nature of your interaction with the platform:

4.1  Directly from you. The majority of Personal Data uno4g holds about you is provided by you directly — during account registration, when completing KYC verification, when making deposits or withdrawals, when contacting the support team, and when updating your account profile.

4.2  Automatically. When you visit or use the uno4g platform, certain Technical Data and Usage Data is collected automatically through server logs, session tracking, and cookies placed on your browser or device. This includes your IP address, the pages you visit, and the duration of your sessions.

4.3  From third-party service providers. uno4g may receive limited Personal Data from third-party providers in specific circumstances:

• KYC partners: Verification status and flag outcomes returned by identity verification service providers following submission of your KTP.
• Payment processors: Transaction confirmation data, including payment reference numbers and settlement status, returned by banks and e-wallet providers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja).
• Fraud prevention services: Risk signals and flagging data from anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering screening services used to protect the integrity of the platform.

4.4  uno4g does not purchase Personal Data from data brokers or compile profiles from social media platforms without your explicit consent.

5.1  uno4g processes your Personal Data only where a valid lawful basis exists. The following table sets out each processing purpose, the data categories involved, and the applicable legal basis:

5.2  Where uno4g relies on legitimate interest as a legal basis, it has conducted a balancing assessment to confirm that those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights and interests. You may request a summary of that assessment by contacting [email protected].

5.3  Where processing is based on your consent (for example, marketing communications), you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.

6.1  uno4g does not sell, rent, or otherwise commercially transfer your Personal Data to third parties. Data is shared externally only in the following circumstances:

• Third-Party Providers: Service providers engaged by uno4g to support platform operations — including payment processors, KYC verification partners, IT infrastructure and hosting providers, anti-fraud services, and licensed game studios (such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and others) — receive only the minimum data necessary to perform their contracted services. All such providers are contractually bound to process data only on uno4g's instructions and to maintain appropriate security standards.
• Legal Disclosure: uno4g will disclose Personal Data to law enforcement agencies, regulatory bodies, or courts where required to do so by applicable law, valid legal process, or a binding order from a competent authority. Where permitted by law, uno4g will notify you of such a disclosure request.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets affecting uno4g, Personal Data may be transferred to the acquiring entity as part of that transaction, subject to equivalent privacy protections. Affected users will be notified in advance where practicable.
• Aggregated Analytics: Anonymised, aggregated usage and performance data may be shared with game studio partners for platform analytics purposes. This data cannot be used to identify individual players.

6.2  uno4g does not share your Personal Data with advertising networks, data brokers, or social media platforms for targeting or profiling purposes.

7.1  Given the global nature of online gaming infrastructure, some of the Third-Party Providers engaged by uno4g may process Personal Data in jurisdictions outside Indonesia. Where such international transfers occur, uno4g takes steps to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your Personal Data to a standard equivalent to that required under applicable Indonesian data protection law.

7.2  Safeguards employed for international transfers may include contractual clauses incorporating data protection obligations equivalent to those applicable in Indonesia, transfers to jurisdictions recognised as providing an adequate level of data protection, and binding corporate rules where applicable.

8.1  uno4g retains Personal Data for the minimum period necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. The following retention schedule applies as a general guide:

8.2  At the end of the applicable retention period, Personal Data is securely deleted or anonymised such that it can no longer be attributed to any individual. Where anonymisation is not technically feasible, data is securely destroyed.

8.3  If you submit a data deletion request under clause 11, uno4g will action that request within the periods set out in clause 11, subject to overriding legal retention obligations that require certain data to be maintained regardless of deletion requests.

9.1  uno4g implements a layered information security programme designed to protect your Personal Data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Key technical and organisational measures include:

• Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted between your browser and the uno4g platform is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Connections over unencrypted HTTP are automatically redirected to HTTPS.
• Encryption at Rest: Sensitive data fields stored in uno4g's databases — including KTP numbers, financial account details, and password hashes — are encrypted at rest using AES-256.
• Access Controls: Access to production systems containing Personal Data is restricted to authorised personnel, enforced via role-based access controls and multi-factor authentication.
• Penetration Testing: The platform undergoes periodic third-party security assessments and penetration testing to identify and remediate vulnerabilities.
• Incident Response: uno4g maintains a documented security incident response plan. In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, you will be notified in accordance with applicable law.
• Staff Training: All personnel with access to Personal Data receive regular training on data protection obligations and information security best practices.

10.1  The uno4g platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to deliver a functional, personalised, and secure user experience. The following categories of cookies are in use:

10.2  Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies through their settings. However, disabling strictly necessary or security cookies may impair your ability to use the platform, including logging in to your account.

10.3  uno4g does not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels that share your browsing behaviour with advertising networks.

11.1  As a data subject, you have the following rights in respect of your Personal Data held by uno4g. All rights requests should be submitted in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Rights Request" and must include your registered username and email address for account identification purposes.

• Right of Access: You may request a copy of the Personal Data uno4g holds about you, together with information about how it is processed. uno4g will provide this within 30 days of a verified request, free of charge for standard requests.
• Right to Rectification: If any Personal Data held by uno4g is inaccurate or incomplete, you may request that it be corrected. Simple corrections (e.g., email address updates) can be made directly in your account settings.
• Right to Erasure: You may request the deletion of your Personal Data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, where you withdraw consent, or where processing was unlawful. This right is subject to overriding legal retention obligations (see clause 8).
• Right to Restriction: You may request that uno4g restrict processing of your Personal Data in certain circumstances — for example, while the accuracy of data is contested or while a legitimate interest assessment is under review.
• Right to Data Portability: Where processing is based on consent or performance of contract and is carried out by automated means, you may request a copy of your Personal Data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.
• Right to Object: You may object to processing based on legitimate interest, including profiling for responsible gaming purposes, where you have grounds relating to your particular situation. You may also object at any time to processing for direct marketing purposes.
• Right to Withdraw Consent: Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

11.2  uno4g will respond to all verified data rights requests within 30 calendar days. In complex cases, this period may be extended by a further 60 days, in which case you will be informed of the extension and the reasons for it.

11.3  uno4g may decline requests that are manifestly unfounded or excessive, or that conflict with a binding legal obligation. In such cases, uno4g will explain the reason for the refusal in writing.

12.1  Account registration requires submission of a valid Indonesian KTP, which serves as age verification. Any account found to have been registered by a person under 21 years of age will be suspended immediately, all associated balances will be forfeited, and all Personal Data collected in connection with that account will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required to satisfy a legal obligation.

12.2  If you believe that a minor has registered an account with uno4g, please notify us immediately at [email protected]. We take underage gambling extremely seriously and will investigate and action all such reports promptly.

13.1  uno4g reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time. The current version is always accessible at uno4g.net/privacy-policy and is identified by the effective date displayed at the top of the document.

13.2  Where amendments are material — meaning they substantively alter your rights or the way uno4g processes your Personal Data — registered players will be notified via email to their registered address at least seven (7) days before the amendment takes effect.

13.3  Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter your rights, or updates to contact details) may take effect immediately. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.

13.4  If you do not accept a material amendment to this Privacy Policy, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the amendment's effective date by contacting [email protected].

14.1  This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which uno4g is incorporated and operates, including applicable data protection legislation as it pertains to the processing of Personal Data of Indonesian residents.

14.2  If you have an unresolved concern about uno4g's data protection practices that we have not addressed satisfactorily, you may have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection supervisory authority in your jurisdiction.

14.3  In the event of any conflict between this Privacy Policy and the uno4g Terms & Conditions, the Terms & Conditions shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency, except where this Privacy Policy imposes a higher standard of data protection, in which case the higher standard shall apply.
